This website, marrake.in, is owned and operated by MoroccGlow LLP (LLPIN ACS-7880), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at Uma Nagar, Kolazhy, Thrissur, Kerala – 680010, trading as Marraké ("Marraké", "we", "us", "our"). Our GSTIN is 32ACFFM6684D1Z8.
By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Replacements & Refunds Policy, Cancellation Policy and Product Safety & Disclaimer, each of which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in order to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your account and your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.
4. Products, shades and imagery
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours and textures appear differently on different screens, and our formulations use natural botanicals that vary slightly between batches in shade and scent. Product images, swatches and campaign photography are indicative, and are not a precise representation of the product you will receive.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may add, change or discontinue products at any time.
5. Prices, taxes and errors
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. Prices displayed are the maximum retail price or the applicable offer price. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before payment.
We may change prices at any time without notice, although changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.
6. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer. It is not acceptance of it. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you. We may decline or cancel any order in the circumstances set out in our Cancellation Policy.
Products on this website are sold for personal use only. We may refuse or limit orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale.
7. Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. We do not collect, see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. These are handled directly by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards.
Cash on Delivery is available on qualifying orders as set out in our Shipping Policy. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may cancel the order or withhold dispatch until the matter is resolved.
8. Delivery, replacements and cancellation
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Replacements and store credit are governed by our Replacements & Refunds Policy. Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Please read them. They contain important limits, including that we do not accept returns, that opened cosmetics cannot be returned, and that our remedy for a damaged or incorrect item is a replacement or store credit rather than a cash refund.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
9. Our intellectual property
The name Marraké, the Marraké logo, "M-Beauty", our product names, packaging design, campaign imagery, copy and the design of this website are our property or are licensed to us, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. Trade mark applications in respect of our brand are pending.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to use our trade marks.
10. Content you share with us
We love seeing Marraké in your world, and we invite you to tag @houseofmarrake. Please read this section before you do.
When you tag us, use a campaign hashtag we have published, submit a review or photograph, or otherwise share content with us publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, crop, publish and display that content, including your handle and, where visible, your likeness, across our website, social channels, marketing materials, retail and packaging, without further permission, notice or payment.
By sharing content, you confirm that it is yours to share, that you have the consent of everyone appearing in it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You may ask us to stop using your content at any time by writing to customer@marrake.in, and we will remove it from the channels we control going forward, although we may not be able to recall material already printed or distributed.
We may decline to publish, or later remove, any content at our discretion.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to break any law; to post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or infringing; to impersonate anyone; to introduce malware; to scrape, crawl or harvest data by automated means; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or to interfere with the operation of the website.
12. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are entirely between you and them.
13. Disclaimers
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and we make no claim that any product will produce a particular result. Results vary between individuals. Please read our Product Safety & Disclaimer page and always patch test before first use.
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we may suspend or withdraw it at any time.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, however arising.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or content you share with us in breach of clause 10.
16. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport or supply chain disruption, failures of telecommunications or utilities, and acts of government.
17. Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer care team first at customer@marrake.in. If it is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within one month.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thrissur, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right you may have to bring proceedings before a consumer forum having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check the "Last updated" date above.
20. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in clause 1, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this website.
